Summary
This training allows you to understand the best practices of agile project management according to the Scrum approach. With the help of lectures and exchanges, participants cover a complete cycle of the Scrum approach, from Sprint 0 to the retrospective of a sprint, and benefit from the trainer's coaching. Know how your organization can benefit from Agile approaches, delivering value quickly, iteratively, and incrementally.
Course outline
- Values and principles
- The roles of the Scrum Master, the Product Owner and the team of developers
- Start-up (Sprint 0): product vision, product backlog, poker planning, velocity and delivery plan/roadmap
- Sprint planning: sprint backlog, definition of done (DoD)
- Implementation, monitoring and control of the sprint: daily scrums, Burndown charts, task board (Kanban) and problem list
- Closing a sprint: sprint review and sprint retrospective
Approach and methodology
Participants will benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. In addition, the latter will provide all the necessary explanations in the form of lectures, exchanges and examples on real life cases.
