Module 1: Understanding decision-making
- Decision-making levels: strategic, tactical, operational
- The Cynefin model and contexts (simple, complicated, complex, chaotic)
- Introduction to understanding a vision, a mission and strategic objectives

Module 2: Knowing oneself well to make better decisions
