Summary
Be an effective agent of change by delivering your projects optimally to achieve the desired objectives. This training, very focused on practice and interaction, allows you to understand and apply the best practices of project management according to the approach of the Project Management Institute (PMI/PMBOK). With the help of a practical case, participants work in teams, through the five (5) process groups and the ten (10) knowledge areas and benefit from the coaching.

- Definitions
- The role of the project manager
- Start-up: feasibility/business case and project charter
- Planning: project plan with project breakdown structure (WBS), schedule, budget, roles and responsibilities, risk register
- Implementation, monitoring and control: detailed plan, progress monitoring with performance indicators, change request management, progress reporting and reporting
- Closing: post-mortem
- Practical case study with exercises, workshops, simulations, role-plays
Approach and methodology
Participants will complete a series of exercises/workshops and benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. In addition, the latter will provide all the necessary explanations in the form of lectures, exchanges and examples on real life cases.

Project management (basic) or experience in project management or equivalent content
Recommendations
Have experience in project management.
