Summary
Develop the skills needed to become a high-performing team member of an ART (Agile Release Train) and learn how to collaborate effectively with other teams by becoming a SAFe 6 (SP) specialist. Over the course of these two days, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of ART, its added value, and what you can do to effectively play your role using Scrum, Kanban, and XP. You'll also learn how to write stories and break down features, plan and run iterations, and schedule program increments. Finally, you will learn about the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, and learn how to integrate effectively with other team teams in the program and equip you to implement a continuous improvement process. This training prepares for the certified SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification exam. The AI-Empowered approach aims to strengthen the practice of SAFe by integrating artificial intelligence as a lever for understanding, efficiency and decision-making, while respecting Lean-Agile principles and human responsibilities.

Approach and methodology
