Summary
In this workshop-oriented training, participants acquire the practical tools and techniques needed to implement the functions of Lean Portfolio Management regarding investment strategy and financing, agile portfolio operations, and lean governance. In particular, they will address the current and future state of their portfolio with the Portfolio Canvas tool and then identify important business initiatives to reach this future state. Participants will also explore ways to establish portfolio flow with Kanban Portfolio and prioritize initiatives to maximize economic benefit. Finally, guidance is provided on how to establish value stream budgets and Lean budget guardrails to measure the performance of the Lean portfolio.
