Summary
This training, which is very focused on practice and interaction, allows students to understand and apply the best practices of risk management according to the Project Management Institute (PMI) approach. With the help of a practical case, the participants work in teams, through the 5 groups of processes and benefit from the coaching of the trainer.

Approach and methodology
Participants will complete a series of exercises/workshops and benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. In addition, the latter will provide all the necessary explanations in the form of lectures, exchanges and examples on real life cases.

Project Management - The Basics or Equivalent Content.

Have experience in project management.
