Summary
This training, which is very focused on practice and interaction, allows students to understand and apply the best practices of portfolio management according to the Project Management Institute (PMI) approach. With the help of practical examples, participants work in teams, through the six (6) main stages of project portfolio management and benefit from the coaching.

- Project identification, categorization and evaluation : project sheets, business cases
- Project prioritization and authorization: prioritization best practices, resource optimization, capacity management
- Portfolio monitoring: progress reports, dashboards, benefits management, accountability
- Implementation of good project portfolio management: project life cycle
- Project portfolio management tools
- Practical case study with exercises, workshops, simulations, role-plays
Approach and methodology
Participants will complete a series of exercises/workshops and benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. In addition, the latter will provide all the necessary explanations in the form of lectures, exchanges and examples on real life cases.

Project management (basic) or experience in project management or equivalent content
Recommendations
Have experience in project management.
