Summary
Be able to optimize planning and better monitor/control your projects. This training, very focused on practice and interaction, allows students to better understand and apply advanced project management tools and techniques according to the Project Management Institute (PMI/PMBOK) approach. With the help of a practical case, participants work in teams, through the five (5) process groups and the ten (10) knowledge areas and benefit from the coaching.

- Definitions
- Start-up : project charter and logical framework
- Planning : project breakdown structure (WBS), time and cost estimation techniques, critical path (CPM) and schedule optimization techniques (compression, accelerated speed, levelling), critical chain (CC)
- Implementation, monitoring and control: monitoring of progress with performance indicators and earned value, gap analysis
- Practical case study with exercises, workshops, simulations, role-playing
Approach and methodology
Participants will complete a series of exercises/workshops and benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. In addition, the latter will provide all the necessary explanations in the form of lectures, exchanges and examples on real life cases.

Project management (basic) or experience in project management or equivalent content
Recommendations
Have experience in project management.
