Who is this training for?
This training is aimed at managers, team leaders and professionals who have already been introduced to continuous improvement, in particular through white belt training or equivalent. It is aimed at those who wish to deepen their understanding of the foundations of Lean Six Sigma in order to better support improvement efforts within their organization.

Summary
To act as a promoter of the Lean philosophy and the Six Sigma methodology. This training supports the implementation of a continuous improvement approach in the workplace and develops the skills necessary to foster the emergence of a culture of sustainable improvement, based on the principles of Lean Six Sigma.
Course outline
Understanding and structuring improvement
- Review of the foundations of Lean Six Sigma and the White Belt
- Identification of real problems in one's environment
- Identification of root causes, symptoms, causes and fundamental problems
- Exploration of key roles in continuous improvement (including that of the leader)
- Conditions for success for a sustainable approach
- Introduction to process mapping (FIPEC)
- Recognition of organizational waste
Acting as a leader
- Characteristics of an effective Lean solution
- Definition of SMART indicators (objective - indicator - target)
- Implementation of visual management boards
- Facilitation of effective team scrums
- Carrying out audits of meetings
- Sharing of learning and awareness in groups
Approach and methodology
The training consists of 1 block of 2 days. These action-training days are based on an alternation of theoretical learning and practical applications. During these trainings, using examples, practical exercises and case studies, you will practice applying the tools commonly used to illustrate concepts, ensure understanding and confirm understanding. The style of animation is participatory.
