During this training, you will gain an understanding of the role of a Scrum Master in a SAFe company, and you will prepare for the SAFe Scrum Master certification from the Scaled Agile Academy. The SAFe Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master throughout the enterprise and prepares participants to plan and execute the Program Increment, the primary facilitator of alignment at all levels of a SAFe organization. This includes learning the key components of Agile development at scale, how Scrum is facilitated across the enterprise, and how to execute iteration planning. You'll also learn how to create high-performing Agile teams by becoming a leader and coach, and how to support these teams to drive maximum business value at scale. The SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification means that you are ready to take on the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe environment, increasing your value to the teams and organizations that implement SAFe. The AI-Empowered approach aims to strengthen the practice of SAFe by integrating artificial intelligence as a lever for understanding, efficiency and decision-making, while respecting Lean-Agile principles and human responsibilities.

You will carry out a series of exercises and workshops and benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. In addition, the latter will provide all the necessary explanations in the form of lectures, exchanges and examples on cases.
