Summary
This training, which is very focused on interaction, allows you to successfully pass the SAFe PO/PM (6.0) certification. Through a series of lectures and practical exercises, participants prepare for the POPM exam and receive coaching from the trainer. The AI-Empowered approach aims to strengthen the practice of SAFe by integrating artificial intelligence as a lever for understanding, efficiency and decision-making, while respecting Lean-Agile principles and human responsibilities.
