Summary
Be an effective coach by delivering value quickly, iteratively and incrementally with the Scrum approach. This training, which is very focused on practice and interaction, allows you to understand and apply the best practices of Agile project management according to the Scrum approach. With the help of a practical case, the participants work in teams, through a complete cycle of the Scrum approach, from Sprint 0 to the retrospective of a sprint and benefit from the coaching of the trainer.

- Definitions, values and principles
- Predictive vs. adaptive approaches
- The roles of the Scrum Master, the Product Owner and the team of developers
- Start-up (Sprint 0) : product vision, product backlog, poker planning, velocity and delivery plan/roadmap
- Planning a sprint : sprint backlog, definition of done (DoD)
- Carrying out, monitoring and controlling a sprint : Daily scrums, burndown charts, task board (kanban) and problem list
- Closing the sprint : sprint review and sprint retrospective
- Practical case study with exercises, workshops, simulations, role-plays
Approach and methodology
Participants will complete a series of exercises/workshops and benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. In addition, the latter will provide all the necessary explanations in the form of lectures, exchanges and examples on real life cases.

Agile Project Management - The Basics or Equivalent Content
