Summary
Become the expert in Agile project management with the Scrum approach. This training, which is very focused on practice and interaction, allows students to understand and apply the best practices of agile project management according to the Scrum approach. With the help of a practical case, participants work in teams on four (4) practical workshops/simulations and benefit from the coaching.
Course outline
- Reminder • Workshop number 1 on the product notebook: writing user stories, epics, themes
- Workshop number 2 on estimating user stories: sizing with planning poker and other estimation methods
- Workshop number 3 on the sprint notebook: parts 1, 2 and 3 with team capacity (velocity) and creation of the sprint notebook
- Workshop number 4 on the sprint: Daily scrums, burndown charts, task board (kanban) and problem list
- Practical case study with exercises, workshops, simulations, role-plays
Approach and methodology
Participants will complete a series of exercises/workshops and benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. In addition, the latter will provide all the necessary explanations in the form of lectures, exchanges and examples on real life cases.

Agile Project Management - The Basics or Equivalent Content
