Who is this training for?
This package is intended for trained or accredited coaches wishing to develop their skills according to the ICF standard, as well as candidates for ACC or PCC certification with the International Coaching Federation.

Summary
This mentoring package combines individual coaching and group work to enable you to obtain the 10 hours of mentoring required by the ICF as part of the ACC certification (ACSTH pathway). It includes 2 hours of one-on-one mentoring, 1 hour of listening to and analyzing an audio recording of a coaching session, as well as 2 group mentoring sessions of 3 hours and 30 minutes each (7 hours in total). Access to the mentor coach via email is also included to answer one-off questions between meetings.

Procedure:
- Of the 10 hours of mentoring required by the ICF, 2 hours take place one-on-one with the mentor coach of your choice, and the remaining 7 hours are carried out in small groups during two work sessions of 3 hours and 30 minutes each. The mentor coaches who facilitate these sessions are specifically trained in supervision and mentor coach posture.
Approach and methodology
Group mentoring sessions are facilitated using the Mozaik approach and are conducted in accordance with the ICF requirements for obtaining ACC or PCC certification. To learn more about the certification criteria, visit the International Coaching Federation website.
Prerequisites
Have completed an ICF-recognized coaching training course or equivalent content.
