Who is this training for?
Mentoring is aimed at trained or accredited coaches wishing to develop their skills according to the ICF framework, as well as candidates for ACC or PCC certification with the International Coaching Federation.
Training objectives
- Acquire the knowledge necessary to meet the requirements for certification or renewal of an ACC, PCC or MCC designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)

Summary
The group mentoring program is designed to support accredited coaches or coaches in the process of accreditation in deepening their skills according to the ICF standard. In small groups of 2 to 4 people, participants work on the 8 fundamental skills of the coach in a structured, reflective and caring space. Each 3:30 hour session promotes the acquisition of the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the requirements for certification or renewal of the ACC or PCC designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Course outline
During the group mentoring sessions, the coaches become aware of their areas of development and identify untapped potential. This awareness guides them towards a unique coaching style, naturally integrating the 8 essential skills defined by the ICF:

The mentor coaches who facilitate these sessions are specifically trained in the supervision and posture of mentor coach.
Approach and methodology
Group mentoring sessions are facilitated using the Mozaik approach and are conducted in accordance with the ICF requirements for obtaining ACC or PCC certification. To learn more about the certification criteria, visit the International Coaching Federation website.
Prerequisites
Have completed an ICF-recognized coaching training course or equivalent content.
