Proven by a distinguished clientele, the Executive Leadership Pathway includes a practical and accessible toolkit filled with examples and scenarios as well as practice books for each module. Based on our powerful Successful and Inspiring© Leader Model, the course will allow you to understand the purpose and importance of the three roles of the leader (leader, manager, coach), and to master the essential tools of the manager, coach, leader as well as communication tools. During your program, you will put these essential tools into practice, work on your challenges with your coach and colleagues, and share your successes.
Course outline
The program, designed as a dynamic boot camp, and facilitated by an executive coach with extensive experience in an intimate group of 5 to 8 participants, includes :
Comprehensive material : the Successful and Inspiring© Leader Model, a self-assessment based on the model, a practical toolkit filled with examples and scenarios, and a practice book.
14 group sessions : 1 introductory session to understand how the program works, learning tools, and expectations. 12 group coaching and co-development sessions of 1h30 every 3 weeks via virtual remote sessions.
The sessions are recorded and therefore available in the event of an absence. 1 follow-up session after 3 months of the end of the program. "360-style" feedback to the team based on the skills of the NOVO LEADER model.
3 one-on-one coaching sessions with an experienced executive coach including a session for the debriefing of the Nova Personality and Motivation Profile and team feedback. (Additional sessions available as needed by agreement)
A peer group to share your knowledge.
The 3 months following the end of the main program (between session #12 and session #13), weekly communications serve as reminders to put the tools into practice.

Following each session, you will have exercises for a concrete and progressive implementation of the tools and best practices. Group exchanges allow you to learn by learning from the experience of other participants living the same realities while benefiting from individual coaching with an experienced coach: a synergy at an advantageous cost. In addition, the virtual sessions save time and are highly geographical.

Prerequisites
What are the criteria for admission of participants? Because the success of this program depends on the synergy of the group and the resonance of business issues, we have set up a process for selecting participants. The selection of participants is mainly based on specific requirements, such as their knowledge, experience and the business issues they experience on a daily basis to maximize the contribution they can make to the group. A member of our admissions committee will have an interview with you to validate the motivation, the stakes and the winning conditions of the participant before validating the registration.
